Besides the coordination among the creatures, we witness a coordination between the system of creation and Divine system of rules and regulations.
“Who perfected everything He created. He originated the creation of the human from clay” (Surah Al-Sajdah, verse 7)
The system of Divine regulations (Quran) is also perfect:
“Allah has sent down the best discourse, a Book, consimilar in its oftrepeated (verses)” (Surah Az-Zumar, verse 23)
“Have they never thought to themselves” (Surah Al-Room, verse 8), “Will they not ponder upon the kingdom of the heavens and the earth,” (Surah Al-A’raaf, verse 185)
The system of Divine regulations (Quran) also orders us to think and contemplate:
“Will they not then contemplate on the Quran? Or are there locks upon their hearts!” (Surah Muhammad, verse 24)
“Who created the seven heavens, one above the other. You cannot see any inconsistency in the creation of the Merciful. Return your gaze, do you see any crack!” (Surah Al-Mulk, verse 3)
There is no contradiction in the system of Divine regulations (Quran):
“Will they not contemplate upon the Quran? If it had been from other than Allah, they would surely have found in it many contradictions.” (Surah An-Nisa, verse 82)
“Blessed be He who has set the constellations in the heaven, and set amongst them a sun, and an illuminating moon.” (Surah Al-Furqan, verse 61)
“Exaltations to Him to whom belong the Kingdom of the heavens and the earth,” (Surah Al-Zukhruf, verse 85)
The origin of Quran is also Divine blessings and greatness of God:
“Blessed is He who has sent down the Criterion to His worshiper (Prophet Muhammad), that he is a warner to all mankind;” (Surah Al-Furqan, verse 1)
