Dr. Abdullah Beik, the head of the center's branch in Jakarta, said: "We are celebrating the birth anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family), the Prophet of Mercy, for a whole month in different cities of Indonesia. As part of this celebration, our branch decided to organize the Quranic contest for memorizing the Holy Quran, under the auspices of the Imam Hussein Shrine."

He added, "More than 200 contestants of both genders participated in the contest, which was held at our branch office in Jakarta.

“They joined us either in person or online. The contest included various activities, such as reading books, giving speeches and lectures, and singing songs,” he said.
