TEHRAN (IQNA) – A 19-year-old girl with cerebral palsy , a disorder of muscle tone or posture that is caused by immature developing brain, studying at Mohammed bin Obaid Quran Center in Dubai, the UAE, was able to memorize 42 Surahs from the Holy Quran in one year.
