They discussed political and field developments in Palestine, Lebanon and the region, according to Al-Manar TV network.
Nasrallah and Haniyeh also talked about issues related to the resistance as well as threats and challenges.
They underscored the need for cooperation among all sections of resistance with the aim of serving the holy city of Al-Quds and Palestinian sanctities.
Heading a high-ranking delegation, Haniyeh arrived in Lebanon earlier this week.
He is also planned to meet with Lebanese President Michel Aoun, Prime Minister Najib Mikati and Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri.
The visit comes amid tensions between Lebanon and the Zionist regime of Israel following the arrival of an Israeli floating gas production unit in the maritime zone disputed between Lebanon and the Tel Aviv regime.
