TEHRAN (IQNA) – Muhammad al-Abd al-Hadi is a father of four children who are all visually-impaired.

He has taught his three sons and his daughter Quranic skills, and encouraged them to memorize the Holy Quran.

Sultan, one of the sons, has learned 8 Juzes (parts) of the Quran by heart.

He says being blind hasn’t stopped him from memorizing the Quran and making progress in other areas such as education, akhbaar24 website reported.

Abdul Hadi and Abdullah, the other sons, and Munirah, the daughter, also stress that that blindness is in no way an impediment to personal growth and success in different areas.

They also underline that their parents have played a major role in boosting their self-confidence and encouraging them to move forward in Quran memorization, school, and other areas.

The father says he is proud of his children who have overcome their disability and made many achievements.
