5,000 Iftar Packages Distributed at Tehran Quran Expo Everyday
TEHRAN (IQNA) – Everyday some 5,000 Iftar (fast breaking) packages are distributed among the visitors to the 27th International Quran Exhibition.
The logistics department of the expo prepares and distributes the packages in cooperation with the Municipality of Tehran.
The exhibition got underway on Saturday and will run until Friday, May 24.
It is annually organized by the Iranian Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance in the holy month of Ramadan.
The exhibition is aimed at promoting Quranic concepts and developing Quranic activities.
It showcases the latest Quranic achievements in the country as well as a variety of products dedicated to the promotion of the Holy Book.
