Quran Reciters from 7 Countries to Convene in Bangladesh
TEHRAN (IQNA) – The 19th international Quran recitation conference of Bangladesh will be held in the South Asian country next month.
According to ICRO, Qaris from seven countries will attend the gathering, which is slated for February 8.
Also attending will be Bangladeshi government officials and political and cultural figures as well as diplomats from Muslim countries.
The participating Qaris are also slated to recite the Quran in special programs in different parts of Bangladesh.
From Iran, prominent Qari Hamid Shakernejad will go to Dhaka to take part in the conference.
