According to al-Arab al-Yawm website, Sheikh Ali bin Hamed al-Nafei, the director of the department, said the copies are presented as part of a campaign titled "Serving Hajj Pilgrims, An Honor for Us”.
He added that it is the fifth time the plan is implemented.
It also includes Quran teaching courses for the pilgrims, he added.
Hajj is an annual pilgrimage that every able-bodied and financially able Muslim is obliged to undertake during their lifetime.
There will be 1.3 million pilgrims from different countries as well as 567,000 Saudi pilgrims taking part in the Hajj ritual this year.
